The story began with business consulting and project management work in 2009, then expanded into technology, retail, aesthetics, wellness, logistics, and lifestyle experiences through several affiliated businesses working toward shared growth.

The beginning of business consulting
Christer Rey Guipo began working as a freelance business consultant and project manager, building the practical experience that would later support a growing group of businesses.
iCEG Systems was launched
Christer and his siblings launched iCEG Systems, a system development company in South Cotabato known for innovative solutions and a strong regional reputation.
Expansion into retail
JAC Ventures was registered in June 2017 to expand the business horizon and enter retail through the 7-Eleven Aparente Branch.
HAPiDream Enterprise was registered
HAPiDream Enterprise was registered on April 2, 2018 to support continued business growth and broaden the group’s opportunities.
HapiSkin Premier entered aesthetics
HapiSkin Premier opened on May 2 under HAPiDream Solutions Incorporated, marking an entry into aesthetics and non-surgical skincare services.
BAMBU HealSpa opened
BAMBU HealSpa opened on December 3, offering wellness and healing services such as massages and facials in a calming environment.
A milestone year for wellness growth
Xter Enterprise was registered on May 31 and its headquarters opened to streamline operations. COCO Health Spa launched on July 16, followed by HapiSkin Prestige on July 20.
Operations and lifestyle experiences expanded
HAPiDream Enterprise opened its own warehouse on April 1 to improve logistics and distribution. Infuzed Cafe launched on September 13, expanding into refreshments, coffee, and retail services.
Today, Xter Group continues to grow through brands and teams that share one direction: creating better experiences, supporting people, and building meaningful services for the community.
