Christer Rey Guipo has been a freelance business consultant and project manager since 2009.
Over the years, he has helped launch and scale multiple ventures in South Cotabato and beyond, with an emphasis on practical innovation, disciplined operations, and customer-centric service.
XTER GROUP is a business group consisting of Xter Enterprise, JAC Ventures, HAPiDream Enterprise, and HAPiDream Solutions Incorporated. Together, these entities collaborate to drive innovation and growth across multiple sectors—retail convenience, wellness and aesthetics, IT services, and cafés.
Christer and his siblings launched iCEG Systems, a system development company in South Cotabato. With nearly a decade of expertise, iCEG Systems became known for innovative solutions and a strong regional reputation.
JAC Ventures was registered in June 2017 to expand the group’s horizon and re-enter retail. This marked the birth of the 7-Eleven Aparente Branch.
HAPiDream Enterprise was formally registered on April 2, 2018, broadening the group’s business horizons.
On May 2, HAPiDream Solutions Incorporated opened HAPISKIN PREMIER to venture into the aesthetics and non-surgical segment.
BAMBU HEALSPA opened on December 3, offering wellness and healing services including massages and facials. Known for its calming environment and therapeutic treatments, it quickly built a loyal customer base.
On July 16, COCO Health Spa launched to provide a variety of health and wellness services. On July 20, HAPISKIN PRESTIGE expanded the portfolio into high-quality aesthetics and skincare.
Earlier, on May 31, Xter Enterprise was registered and a new Headquarters opened to streamline operations—marking significant milestones in the group’s growth and diversification.
On April 1, HAPiDream Enterprise opened its own Warehouse to strengthen logistics and distribution. On September 13, Infuzed Café launched under Xter Enterprise, marking the group’s entry into refreshments, coffee, and retail services.
